Bit of a blow. Unsure on what to do. He's played outstandingly well for us, so won't be terminating but will be looking for a month loan deal to cover him.

With wages a little tight ... and Liam Walker on a hefty £1.3k I decided to get rid. Couldn't get any money but its room off the budget.



I thought I had a deal in place for Stuart Taylor and Khalid Al-Rashidi. Both fell through. So went for someone I know who could do a job for us.

Maguire seems a beast! How is Malbon and Holman doing?

Malbon not getting a look in at the moment. Holman has had his moments. But I am a fan of Holman.

Another man out and more breathing space on the wage front. Really the man I had to get rid of to allow me to sign Marvin Elliott.

Holman stole the game for us. The lad had been on a baron run. Glad he's scored now and hopefully he will continue it in the future.

A sad moment for me, but it had to be done. There are now better strikers at the club and with his wages being quite hefty it was essential to get him off the books. Cheers Biggers.

Big big win. Birmingham are struggling but they have a side that has many quality players. Goals from Holman and Becks ensured a nice victory.

So an amazing run has left us in the play offs. However there are issues to address for Spanky. We need to look for a goalkeeper, Aaron McCreary only has a few weeks left on his loan deal and Gorf has looked shaky at times. Another area to look at is at the back. I think quality is lacking and a couple of short term loan deals are up soon. I have noticed that Freddy Adu is available on a free, but due to not having the wage budget at the time I couldn't sign him, he is interested and is someone we should look at singing. Marvin Elliott has yet to play as he got injured whilst on duty with Jamaica, but when he is fit I expect him to really solidify the midfield.

Overall a pleasing stint. Just a pity it has taken me so long to play it. Sorry lads.

My two months are over. Sorry I'm posting it in all in one update just I'm going out soon so this way is quicker. This was probably my worst run I've ever on this save, after the City thrashing we were so inconsistent. We have dropped out of the play off position but with 7 matches to go, we still have a very good chance of getting them.

Hard loss to take, dominated possession and shots just couldn't put them away. I thought two of their goals were offside as well but ah well. Peterbourough now jump us and leave us in 7th.

Pissed off with this loss tbh. 1-0 at half time I change to a counter, we go on a great move get a free kick, Beckham flights it straight to a Rotherham player they go and score. Leaves us 1 point out of the play offs but 5 points over 8th. Precarious times here.

We have some tough decisions coming up. A lot of contract renewals. I've already made offers for the players who I think we need to stay on, Oshodi, Bennett, Gorman, Naismith and Beckham should be resigning. I managed to get the base wage down on some but higher on others unfortunately.

Andy Rose is asking way to much money which we can't afford. There are a few players I'm on the fence about resigning either because I don't think they are good enough or they want more then they are worth.

Huge win there, Beckham popping up to save the game. Keeps us in the top 6 but Peterborough are right on us.

The screeny says it all. However our next two fixtures are Stevenage (2nd) and Shrewsbury (17th).

Peterborough are 3 points behind with a superior goal difference though. They have Notts Co (23rd) and Middlesbrough (1st).

Outplayed, I guess it's why they are second. We also lost Beckham for 4-5 weeks which means if we make the playoffs we might struggle a bit.

Only good thing is Peterborough also lost so the gap remains 3 points. They have a much tougher opposition in league winners Middlesbrough though so here we go. Swear you blokes keep giving me end of the season I'm gonna have a heart attack haha.

Well when it came to the crunch the boys pulled through and lucky we did because Peterborough beat Middlesbrough which would have knocked us out.



Once again we make the playoffs when we really shouldn't have. Going to be tough Gardiner, Rose, Beckham and Dow are all injured and most likely miss the playoffs. Clearly 4 of our better players also.

Wow weeee what a game. Had nearly everything. We shared possession, we shared shots, we shared goals and Naismith pops up with a beautiful free kick to win it. Forbes came in for the injured Beckham and he also got injured, he is now out for 2 weeks with our squad dwindling.

When that happened and they put two goals on us I thought oh here we go but the boys showed tremendous spirit to snag the win.

OMFG. One of those games where I nearly cried, I had my head down, I held my breath, I jumped up and I fist pumped the air.

AN unbelievable game, Derbyshire missed a penalty in the 43rd minute that would have surely sent us packing, we then got our own penalty which the Kluk cooly slotted. Gorman popping up with the winner was just so sweet I haven't felt a moment like this in a long time playing this game.



We are off to Wembley again lads. The only downside is Pantsil adds to our injury toll and will miss the game. Racine is our other right back but he is also injured. However lacking depth at left back I bought a kid in from Man Utd on loan who has started all our games in place of Sampayo who went back to the bench as cover so at least we have him to play right back. I'm so nervous fellas.
