Good win away against Northampton. Ben Wright hit his first goal of the season and Oshodi headed in from a corner to secure us the win. After 11 matches we are sitting in 13th position and away 3 points off the play offs- very impressive for our first season in the FL. Long may it continue.
Will send on to Cymro.
Cymro
A game where we could have done more. Wright had some chances earlier in the half before scoring, before going off injured.
Some bad news then ...
Will be delving into Free Agency soon.
Cymro
Not a forward, but a player that I feel can provide good quality at DM.
Cymro
A nice little win this. Made it tricky for ourselves conceding but had enough quality to see it off.

So a defeat. One that we should have at least got a draw. Basey missed a penalty. Although a debut goal for Kai Naismith off the bench is hopefully sign of things to come from him.
Cymro
A game again we should have won. Basey yet again missed a penalty, in the last 5 mins. Might have to look into a new penalty taker.
Cymro
Return of last year's goal scoring hero.
Cymro
Good win, almost a late goal on debut for Bignall had he taken the opportunity.
Cymro
Frustration. Not being consistent. It may well hurt us come later on in the season.

Returned to winning form. Some good play. Really happy with how the team played.
I took him on trial, then got the Chairman to sign him
Cymro
Another big victory, and a superb goal by Bignall secured the 3 points.
Cymro
A solid win in our FA Cup First Round Tie. Should have scored more, but happy with the 2-0 victory. We have drawn Crawley away in the next round.
Cymro
A bore draw.
Cymro
Big and clinical win. Lopez off the bench to bag a brace.
Cymro
A poor loss. Slipped up slightly in the league because of it. But still one game in hand.
So it's not all that bad.
Right I'll pass the game onto Spanky to work his magic again.

I decided not to sign Bignall, as I thought he wanted to high wages for his performaces during the second half of last season, and I wanted to get that French kid some starts. But he seems to be doing alright, so not complaints.

Good work Cymro
I put that French guy on the loan list- not sure if any clubs have come in for him yet. Back to back promotions would be fantastic if we can do it!

Well played Spanky

I've finished my two months but am at work so will have it uploaded and onto itchy tonight.
Had a bit of a mixed bag in my two months off memory. Obviously losing the FA cup tie, some wins, some losses and some draws in the league has kept us hovering around the play off spots.
We are hemorrhaging money though. I did what I could, released a couple players and got some others to other clubs (for free though) just to bring the wage budget down.
We are a couple hundred under the cap now but I imagine will still be leaking close to 40k a month. Also the transfer window was a hard one, some quality players up for loan or transfer however the ones that want to sign we couldn't afford and the loanees had no interest in joining us. This included players like Matt Derbyshire, Michael Tongue, Davide Pettrucci etc etc.
I managed to bring in two players though on pre contracts. One is a young center back who I can see becoming very dominant in the years ahead and could well sell for a great profit. I'll have screenies up tonight though.

3 wins, 5 losses and a draw. Not great but not the worst results for a team just promoted. Itchy gets 1st place Bradford as soon as he gets the save. Could be a huge result for the promotion bid.
Just outside the promotion spots but it's very tight. We play 3 of the sides above us in the run in so hopefully we can stick it out and maybe make the playoffs.
Picked this guy up to shore up the midfield, young and could pull a profit for us if he gets some games.
This is the kid I'm most excited about though. Attributes 11 and over in some very key areas and only 17 years old. The odd league game and a cup run or two for the next two or so seasons should see him develop nicely.
I am uploading to Itchy's FTP now. There will be some tough decisions for the next two people to make however, I bought the wage budget down but there are some key players who I haven't renewed contracts for yet because at the time we simply couldn't afford it. So gonna be up to you two whether you decide to break the bank to keep them.

And the tactics seemed to work well, neither of the teams created many chanses, Naismith outran the defenders just when the second half started to score his first goal in 11 hours... We couldn't resist Bradfords constant pressure and Hanson could score after a corner as we couldn't clear the ball.
Still a great result for us!
alilane4
A good idea and I remember reading the one done a few years ago.
kiu, and good luck.
itchycoo
Horrible second half. Now let's have a team meeting to get the moral up.
itchycoo
Not much to say. Solid defending, and rather poor attacking. We miss way to many shots, I have to see if someone is shooting from longer range than he is supposed to.
9:th in the League, 3 points to a playoff spot.
