Help please!

Hi everyone!I need a little help with FM13.After i installed it,with Steam the game didn't start.At processes show me that game is working but it didn't start,i can't play it.I used "verify integrity of game" from Steam,but it wouldn't hepled me.Would anyone want help me with this please? Excuse my english,I am from Romania.
I have ATI Radeon 9600 Series 256 MB.

I would recommend that you post on the official forums to get a more technical reply than mine. Are you sure that it's installed? Could be that the game is still downloading the necessary files?
