Help Downloading on Mac

Hi Guys, Probably a simple fix but for some reason it wont let me download the face megapack or the logo pack on my mac. everytime i try to download it gets half way through and an error occurs and the download stops. Does anyone have any advice or tips to actually download the megapacks?

If you use Chrome, it should allow you to resume the download if you get interrupted at some point down the line...
