Which Database to use when using 'Data Update'? 20.3? 20.4? Also, when using editor, it always says it was created on an older datebase and may fail, why is that?

Use the newest, 20.4 is the newest. And if you created something on older database, some changes may have been overwritten so it's advised to check them once again.
