Own Manager Profile Picture Change

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to change your manager picture (for press conferences, manager profile etc) on a current save when you've already created an avatar?

My graphics engine on my laptop is terrible and consequently my manager avatar/picture looks ridiculous. I want to replace this with a stock, cut-out image I have.

Any ideas on how to do this with an existing save?

In the Preferences, choose the General drop-down list and it's the penultimate option
