I am getting better... look at these
mons
Not bad, but some of them still have the issue I've pointed out with a gap above the head or below the chin which is larger than necessary (e.g. 91155708, 55011049, 36151571, 36148876, 36043072). 2-3 pixels is enough, having more adds nothing to the cut.
Also, it depends on the source images, but a lot of the cuts don't have any hair details whatsoever. What program(s) and technique(s) are you using? Do have a look at the thread I linked to earlier, and perhaps we can offer some additional help on them.
Finally, cuts look better in-game when they're centered (e.g. 62261479) and straight-on instead of slanting to one side (e.g. 36035173, 55004196, 62233879). It's quite easy to rotate the source before cropping the cut, so do take time to do so whenever necessary.
All that criticism aside, they look a fair bit better than your previous efforts, so do keep working and trying to improve your technique

Yes I see what you mean. I use GIMP2, cant find a free photoshop and I struggle to make the neck smaller. I will kepp trying

If you use remove.bg to pre-cut sources and photopea.com to work on the resulting cuts, you'll get much better results. All of these tools are free too

Thanks. I keep on getting better. Take a look at these, I think they are really good and improved.

Much, much better than your previous work in terms of technique. If you keep going like this, you won't have any complaints from me
The only issue I have is that the original sources aren't very large, and in most cases the face area isn't 250 pixels in height, which means that the cut has to be upscaled, leading to (in most cases slight) loss of quality. The bigger the source image, the better the cut-out, just so you're aware for future reference

I use the 1:1 scale to cut the right possision of the face. If the picture has a rate for ex. 215:215 pixels I resize it ti 250. Maybe it is better to resize downward to 180?? Because the original photos are big I think. This is one of them...

No idea what you mean by 1:1 scale. However, if the current cut is of good quality, and the area with the face is 215x215, there's little point upscaling a new source to 250x250 because it'll lose quality and it probably won't be an improvement for me, and I simply won't include it in the megapack
In the case of the source you attached, it actually came to 235x235, so upscaling it to 250x won't lose that much quality. And when compared to the current cut, it's definitely an improvement.

I mean that using the 1:1 it makes a clear circle cut. it remains a circle when i make it bigger or smaller. it helpes me to put the face in the middle, have the 2-3 inches under the neck, and then i cut the pisture. This circle may have a result of 215x215, 235x235 etc. THEN i resize it to 250x250. The 215x215 is better to resize it to 180x180 or just leave it 215x215?? Thats what I am asking. I think in this photo you can see what I mean. This cut makes a 229x229 cut.
mons
If the 215x215 is of a poor quality, then 180x180 is preferable. But, if the current megapack cut is 250x250, recent and of a good quality, it's not worth cutting it at all, because at 180x180 it won't be an improvement, if you know what I'm trying to say.

Much better. A little bit of snow in some of the cuts. And for some sources like 14010526, it's best to rotate it before cropping so that the face is upright not slanting to one side. That said, a big improvement from your previous work
Oh, and we have a request and submission form so please post future packs in there
