I've downloaded the FM2020 Date Update, and when I start a new career it doesn't show the sortitoutsi time stamp, neither the "country" option, that in the previous fm19 appeared in Africa

You'll need to be clearer about what you mean by "sortitoutsi time stamp" or country option appearing for Africa. Do you have screenshots?
