Hello, having recently entered my bank details for the download of the Cut Out Face Megapack, I would like to cancel the annual automatic debit of my bank card. How can it be ?

Hey to cancel you should just be able to unsubscribe via your paypal account.

I did not open a paypal account when I made my purchase but paid by credit card and the automatic payment confirmation email for outgoing requests me to contact you to modify or cancel my authorization for this automatic payment. Please settle this as soon as possible.

As far as i'm aware it's not possible to sign up without a paypal account? I have literally no idea how that would work because we don't have any of your details, Paypal holds everything. I think perhaps you made an account without realising it?

I would suggest you do a forgotten password request in paypal to be able to access your account.

I have cancelled the renewal for you 🙂
