Not a bad initial effort @timtim11, but best to have a look at the tutorials for cutting thread before your next attempt. The ideal cut contains only 2-3 pixels above the top of the head and below the chin/facial hair. I appreciate some of the sources seem to have been quite small, but there's much larger spaces than that in a lot of these cuts and that is ideally avoided.
