I've got a problem.. I downloaded the player faces megapack and the fixes for correct names like Juventus..
I put it in the right folder like fm18,19 and 20 .. But this time I cant see the changes. There are a lot of player without picture and all competitions without original symbol.
Maybe someone in this forum can help me to fix the problems?
I'm playing on a Windows PC.

To get the competitions with the correct logo, you'd need to download a logo pack, of which there are plenty available on this site. They are not part of the real name fix.
As for the player faces megapack, it's a bit hard to analyse what could be wrong without at least seeing screenshots of your in-game interface preferences and of your faces folder, in the latter case showing clearly the path it's installed in and the amount of images contained within it.

You can't link directly to your PC, for obvious reasons.
You can either use the add attachment button to upload your screenshot to the site, or you can use an image-hosting site such as imgur to upload it online, then provide us with the link for it.

You haven't downloaded the full megapack somehow. The iconfaces is the complete pack (in fact it says 279,543 items in the bottom left), but the faces folder only has 187,399 items in it and it's not clear whether one of those items is the config.xml, which is what tells the game to assign which face to which person. If you had the config.xml file, you'd have at least some of the faces being displayed randomly, but since you're saying none do, then I suspect it's not there.
Since you're a premium member, the best thing to do would be to download the full megapack again, delete your existing face and iconfaces folder and then extract the megapack rar file once al 17.32GB of it are fully downloaded.
