Face Pack HELP!

Hi all;

I'm having trouble loading the face packs on FM21. I managed to do it last week, but since then I have bought a new laptop (PC) and now it doesn't work. I have logos and know the process of what to do, but it just won't work. is there anyone that  can help please? I have tried extracting the files to graphics and also to faces, as well as rebooting etc etc. nothing seems to work and it's becoming really frustrating. any help would be appreciated.

My preferences are set to what you have, yes. This was saved in graphics but that wasn't working either. I'm so confused…

There are a few pics but not the players…

a) for graphics to be displayed in FM, they must be in Docs \ SI \ FM21 \ graphics. Anywhere else and they don't work properly, unless you change the user data folder. Put it pack in the right place.

b) Whatever the facepack you're using, having multiple sub-folders will mean the game will only ready one folder's images. You should have all the images in one folder, and one folder only. When installing update packs, it should be extracted into the main folder with any overwrite prompts being accepted.

The pack is back in graphics and still won't work. I have tried everything and it's just not happening. Also, this happens when you click on a player, after a few seconds or so it sorts itself out but no faces!!!

Can I see your graphics folder? You've messed up the installation process somehow, but I can't tell in which way, which is why screenshots of your installation folders, rather than in-game, are more helpful.

After installing and extracting  and downloading torrent to download face mega pack df11 still won’t work.

I have cleared cache and also reloaded skin and still faces won’t appear.

my only suspect is the torrent file should not be in the graphics folder and I don’t know where to move it to.

and I cannot find my config file don’t where I can find it.

This is frustrating can you please help.
