Hi Has anyone has the penalty shoot out sequence go out of the normal order , for example Team a goes 1st and misses , team b score 1st penalty and then go next again !

There are some competitions which use the ABBA procedure rather than the traditional ABAB one, and it could be the case that the competition you're in has this rule. Check the competition rules, because it's a bug otherwise.
