adding face packs etc. to the demo

quick question, I have the demo downloaded from steam, can I add face packs etc, to the demo or do i need to buy the full game.

I don't see any reason why not. You might not be able to get bits of the real name fix to work, but all graphic add-ons should work without any issues.
