Logos, Facepack etc not loading on FM21

I have downloaded and unzipped the facepacks and logos into my external hardrive and changed the path on epic games to open in the right place. I have done everything that needs to be done on preferences but still no luck. Any ideas?

It would help if you provided us with screenshots of your preferences, of the location the files are in, as well of the changed user data folder section within Epic Games.
