Anybody know what time the full game release usually surfaces?Midnight or some time tomorrow?

Nobody can tell you for sure. I suspect it'll be at midnight, but that's merely my opinion, I'm no better informed than you are.

FMScout are claiming it will be released 8pm tonight. But who knows.

SteamDB is now lists tomorrow at 7:00 PM but that does not seem right; seems the game is always out a day early/at midnight

I think 19:00 is correct. Steam usually releases new games at this hour.
