I need help

I am not new to FM - though the latest version I had was FM19.  I have loaded FM22, choosing to play Lpool.  I am in the pre-season stage, trying to play friendlies.  The result of the a friendly game is automatically by the computer.  I cannot find how I do the pre-pep talk, talk to the media, and watch the game in 2D so that I can play and manage the game.  I have been in every tab but i cannot find the navigation tabs for a Match day.  I appreciate if somebody responds.  At the moment it is a quite a downer of a game😢  

At your left vertical menu choose ‘personel’. At the new tab, at the top look for 'responsibilities. There you should set yourself (as the manager of the club) to take control of the speaches & control of the match.

I've got a new staduim but I cant seem to get the config file to match the new image i have but in the pack

The stadium UID is different to the club UID. Make sure you're using the former rather than the latter.
