Created a team using editor, all great with one exception, the name of my team does not show up in league tables etc but the logo shows instead, any help please

Check the config file for your logos, because the large icon is displaying instead of the small icon - which is why the logo is taking over that space.

 

Edit: It could also be that you did not add a short name for the created team. I'm not sure if you can add it using an lnc file tbh.

Hi thanks for your answer, in the end I have used the game generated logos, however the name is still not showing. How do you make a lnc file, I have no idea………..It maybe that I did not make a short name in editor, however when I loaded it today my data base is gone! so cannot check, any ideas where it has gone and how or if I can get it back?

It's not a logo issue then, but the case that you did not include a short name. I have no idea where you placed it and if/how you deleted it. It can be usually found in Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2022 / editor data.

 

Like I said, though, you cannot use the pre-game editor to edit data in the middle of a save game. In my previous post, I gave you a link which explain how lnc files work - feel free to use it 👍
