Building a Nation: Latvia.

LATVIA: A nation to build

We start this save in Riga, the capital city of Latvia and the team that we are going to start the save in. The idea for this save is to build clubs who can regularly get into europe and stuff them with high potential youngsters, who will eventually accept a latvia call-up once they get the citizenship; after i succesfully build a club who can get into europe i will switch to another latvian club and do the same.
