Logos only partly work on few teams

Hi for the first time I've downloaded logos and face packs. Face packs work but the logos not fully working. Some logos work some are not. What's the best way to sort it out. Many thanks

What logo pack have you downloaded? Are you sure you've downloaded the full pack and not just an update pack? I would suggest you post in the forum for the logo pack in question to be more likely to get an answer 👍

Hi I've downloaded the complete package of Fm logos but only some work like man city's works liverpool doesnt

You say faces are working fine, but I can't see a folder containing the faces in your second screenshot within the first post.

Can you upload a screenshot showing the full path for both the faces folder and for the logos folder? Have you changed the preferences in-game to look like this?

If you quote me when replying, I get a notification and can reply more quickly. Please also upload screenshots in jpg as I had to convert them from heic in order to open them 😉

Maximise the window and click on it to get the path, then post it here. I need the full path to be sure you've put it in the right place. I would also like a screenshot of your FMG Steel Logos 2023.01 folder - I suspect you have downloaded only the update pack and not the full pack.

I also asked whether you have changed the preferences in-game to look like this, but you did not answer me.

I ask specific questions to make sure the files I'm troubleshooting have been installed correctly in order to eliminate that possibility, so please be sure to answer them and avoid wasting time for both of us, and confusing matters 👍

I can't really tell from the screenshots provided but you seem to have downloaded just the update pack for the logos. I would suggest that you download the full pack, then apply the update pack. Delete your current files and re-install the new ones.

In order to be sure you've installed them correctly, I strongly recommend that you watch the video on this page carefully, which will give you a visual step-by-step guide on how to do so 👍
