Date Update - Transfer Budget

When downloading the daily data updates, transfers ect, is the selling clubs transfer budget updated? 

This doesn't get updated until after the window closes since otherwise it would need editing after every transfer for thousands of clubs

I will be on holiday this weekend when the window closes but I'll be working on budgets the following week ready for release.

Have the transfer budgets been fully updated yet? Wanted to start a save with Southampton but they only have 12m, thought would be higher given fees received. 

Yes they've been updated, I may tweak them slightly here or there but they've been updated yes.

Budgets are decided around a number of factors but key to Southampton is that not all of the fees received will be upfront as that is how most deals are structured (you'll receive healthy monthly instalments for Lavia, Livramento etc over a number of years including additional bonuses based on achievements so long term your budgets will still benefit), there is also the cost of relegation where not every fee received will automatically go into the budget as they need to balance their books and retain some of the cash to pay for this.
