Have the transfer budgets been fully updated yet? Wanted to start a save with Southampton but they only have 12m, thought would be higher given fees received.

When downloading the daily data updates, transfers ect, is the selling clubs transfer budget updated?
After an hour of playing around, turns out the ZIP was creating a folder in my editor folder called football manager 2022. I deleted the folder and copied files direct into the editor file. seems to be working now. Thank you.

Hi, Please could someone help. I have downloaded the new database update but the Promotion/ Relegation have not updated.The players have updated but Nottingham Forrest etc are still in the championship.
