Starting off in the Championship with a former Premier League winners, Leciester.
On arriving, Swedish boss Utana set up his Vertical Tiki-Taka style in the pre season, creating a lot of passes and runs in the final third but not delivering enough chances to wrap up the games. With aging Vardy and upset Iheanacho, Utana decided to switch to a more direct, shoot on sight style of play with the vision of overloading in a three when the ball had been won. Utana wasted no time in swapping out players not suited for his style at the time, which he later revealed, eagerly "for the money of development and future transfers, it's more important." is something he has some regrets over.

Patson Daka to Everton - £42M 
Danny Ward to Chelsea - £4.5M
Kelechi Iheanacho - Loan 275k to Aston Villa (Future fee of 32M)

On arrival to the club are the following;
Alex Scott - 13.5M from Bristol City (Leagues updated, some transfers weren't, strange)
Andrew Omobamidele - 24M from Norwich (Rising to 31M overall)
Goncalo Esteves 7.5M from Sporting CP
Fabricio Diaz 5.35M - Liverpool F.C
Lorenzo Colombo - LOAN from AC Milan (Future fee of 11.5M - Activated; In January)
Reinier - LOAN from Real Madrid
Adamo Nagalo - 6M from FC Nordsjaelland
Ali Akman - 4.9M from Eintracht Frankfurt

With Utana's transfers and style of play, Leicester started off strong with the lowest position all season being 10th after GW2, since then it's been 4th, 3rd, 2nd and utlimately 1st. 
In the English FA Cup, Utana took his team to the Fifth Round, where Leicester would be beaten by AFC Bournemouth, after beating Manchester City in the fourth round 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium is claimed to be one of the delights of his season so far despite losing against a weaker side in the next round.

In the Carabao Cup, Utana took his team to greater heights and got to the Quarter Final where Leicester would lose again against Premier League side Fulham. 
Over the course of 46 games, Utana and his Leicester side took the Championship by storm, breaking a Sky Bet Championship standing record of 32 recorded wins in a single season, securing 33 wins, 4 draws and 9 losses over the course of the season. 
Utana ultimately puts some of the losses down to bad days at the office with some games having to run tired players due to lack of quality within the U21s and with many not being up to his standard of player.

 Still, Utana guided Leicester to 103 points and back to the Premier League we go as Champions.
Key stand outs for Utana and his side this season, was new signee -- now future Leicester legend;

 Lorenzo Colombo who hit the ground running when he finished the campaign as top goal-grabber with 22 goals. 11M seems well worth it.

 The most assists came from Dewsbury-Hall with 15, behind him jointly are Diaz and Scott with 14 a piece. 

Old man Vardy also secured himself 16 goals and 11 assists in 20 games, who we look to shift at the start of the new season.

2023/2024 - First season back in the Premier League after our promotion from the Sky Bet Championship. 

Transfers In:

Lorenzo Colombo from AC Milan for 11.5M.

Andre from Fluminense for 21M.

Alan Velasco from FC Dallas for 7M.

Alban Lafont from FC Nantes for 5.5M.

Transfers Out:

Kelechi Iheanacho to Aston Villa for 27M.

Timothy Castagne to Manchester United for 54M (rising to 60M)

Jannik Vestergaard to Clement for 5.7M.

Hamza Choudhury to Bournemouth for 2.1M.

Daniel Iverson to Al-Saad for 7M.

Harry Souttar to Shaktar for 4.7M.

 

Utana and his newly promoted team struggled from the get go, struggling to even wrap up a win until they met with Blackburn Rovers.

The Data Hub was showing us that we weren't cut out for the Premier League, Utana back to his first ever tactic to try and grasp some wins or atleast some goals, it was quite upsetting to see our defenders not managing to keep a clean sheet or letting in that extra goal that resulted in Leicester dropping points.

With the likes of Daniel Iverson looking to leave mid season, we had to play a youth goalkeeper until January, where we bought Lafont. 

In the ending of last season, we had also agreed deals with Barcelona for Eric Garcia for 21M, Montpellier got raided for Elye Wahi for 43M, Italian side Udinese lost Jordan Zemura to Utana's side for 5M and the replacement for Timothy Castagne was Wilfried Singo from Torino for 28M.

As you can see with the team performances and the stats, Lorenzo has actually held his own in the Premier League.

Dewsbury-Hall was stand out with the most assists this season, with Alex Scott clipping some in too. 

Utana and his Leicester team defied the odds, making an FA Cup FInal, finishing 12th – ATLEAST IT WASN'T LAST!
