Hi I was just wondering if anyone knows why I can't download the face pack to my FM24 game.
I did have the face pack on there and then all of a sudden about 2 weeks later it disappeared and when I re download it, it doesn't work anyone got any ideas?

The more info you provide, the more likely it is we can assist.
Which facepack is this? What do you mean by “disappeared”? Do you get a blank space or the default silhouettes?

I had the DF11 facepack when it disappeared. I've also tried the sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack2024.02ra Sometimes it's the default silhouettes and blank space.

Can I screenshots of your graphics folder, showing clearly the full path it’s located in?

I put it in my skins folder it worked when I had it in that folder before it went.

a) If you quote my post (like I did now), I'll get a notification that you replied and I can answer you more quickly
b) That's not the correct place at all. Remove those images from there and put the facepack you're using into the graphics folders. You also seem to have a very small amount of images (around 5,000) whereas that megapack has a lot more than that, so it seems like you didn't download the full pack, but an update pack
I'd suggest that you delete everything you have so that you start from scratch and download the latest complete pack, taking care to read the installation instructions so that you place it in the right place.
