Injured player URGENT QUESTION

I have a player that was injured in the 66th minute. I went to replace him and chose a replacement, but hit CANCEL because I decided that I wanted to replace two players, but the game advanced to the field and gave me the option to confirm in the top right of the field. I clicked confirm and was informed I have an injured player. Now I'm stuck. There is no option to actually make a sub or continue. PLEASE HELP.
