How does one install the FM18 background photos?

How do you download the SS Kits? I click download and nothing happens.

Nothing happens when I click the download button on any of the kits ... it just takes me to another webpage. Is there a file with all the kits or do I have to click each league individually?

I've got all the images working except the faces...

Is there a file to download all kits as opposed to having to download each individual league?

Thanks; I've started a new "career" and still no images...

I'm sure this has been covered before but I'm unable to find it. I've downloaded the logos, faces, etc. and placed them in the appropriate FM17 folders. I then checked the two boxes, reset my cache, and reloaded my skin. Still ... nothing.

Thanks; I've downloaded logos, name fixes, kits, and faces into the appropriate folders and cleared the cache and reloaded the skin and none of them are working.
