Hello, could anyone do a database turning madeira island a country with his championship ??
Players like cristiano ronaldo who born in madeira will be at this country and not in portugal.

I did this for a previous version of FM.

I might be able to make a version for FM24 for you.

 

Making the league takes more time but not too complicated.
