Not sure if you saw the replay many many times, but going for a "gap" that simply wasn't there is really just asking to crash into someone and get the dsq. And do you think I don't fucking know that she wouldn't see my post here? Anyone would be furious if their countrymen lost a golden race not because of herself, but a mistake made by someone else, because I'm sure you would be.

That's a part of the game, whoever is taken down due to a penalty from someone else suffers as well, but it's also an issue. It'd be better if they restart the race without the skater causing the offence.

Except the gap was there.. she started the pass coming out of the corner and they went into the bend together. Its not like she was behind and purposely took the Italian out. They were neck and neck for the corner but she was on the inside. With neither backing off you got the fall. Not that hard to fathom

So many ST skaters falling out of the races during this Olympics. It really displays the appalling condition of the ice because it's occurring too frequently to think they'd fall because of themselves.

That shootout was ridiculous. Oshie's strategy is definitely going to re-open the debate on whether there should be some kind of rule change to prevent the slow approach.

Interesting video. I was watching the pairs figure skating program and although that was the 6th consecutive time Davis and White beat Virtue and Moir, I thought the Canadians were better. That bit about the Russians and the US making a backdoor deal and what their desired outcomes would be have happened now too.

Hoping the Ladies Single isn't corrupt because if they give the gold to that 15 year old Russian over Yuna Kim, it will be outrageous.
