I think it's only performing reasonably well due to the crapness of the opposition in this league.

Thought that may have been the case, would be good to see if it can transfer to some stronger leagues in future

Yeah they have a couple of weeks i believe. Even if you manage just the one season you'll still score some points

Here's my end of season screenshots, came very close to getting the sack in the end

But did win the cup. You get a lot of players back from loans for the second season, but you also end the first in a lot of debt too. So i've been spending most of the pre season trying selling who i can for as much money as possible to get the wage bill down and also some kind of transfer funds.

Didn't see that option? All i had was if i wanted to buy the total player it would have cost me about £13m iirc. The agent wanted nearly £6m for his share ffs.

What skin are you using? Some great signings there. Cresswell has always had a lot of potential, so hopefully he can settle in Portugal and be a key player for you!

Just reached February in season 2, knocked out of the Taca Liga, but still in the Taca Portugal and also in the CL 2nd Rnd, though we play against Man City...

Made a couple of signings in January, both just to increase numbers, but both were once FM legends.

Very disappointing in the cups, but we did at least win the league i guess. Once again we're in debt so could be another clear out of players in pre season. Really have no idea why Benfica constantly lose so much money.
