Should I show some in order to see if they are usable as is? Should I shut up and get on with downloading and learning to use Gimp? Should I simply collect up source pictures into packs and leave cutting to the experts?

I recently added 4 custom players (and kept the original file) and it took forever to make them show up. When they finally did, no other players faces did. Anyway I gave up on trying to get custom + 6.1 faces to work, so I copied the original back and I must have edited it in notepad or something because that doesn't work now.
So yeah, any chance of getting the original .xml file on its own please?

I'm collecting physios' missing faces from England & Scotland at the moment. What is the best way to have them cut-out, posting them 3 by 3 on the missing images thread or zipping them in a physio pack ?
I'm at the letter G and i've found about 10 missing faces ... There will be about 40 at the end I think.

i've also a question
currently working on my La Louviere request but having a problem.
Mohamed Diallo isn't in the squad of La Louviere when i'm looking for his ID in the editor.
Gave in his name in the searchfield but there are more then one possibility to make sure of his ID.
Looked at the official website of the team,but couldn't find only his dob,only his nationality is referable.
so i've got three options left:
1) his ID is 8444614
2) his ID is 18075332
3) he isn't in db & not having an ID.
someone who can help me with this.
