It was a stroll again Shedender, glad we got the JPT however no one really challenged us.

It was Simoncoyne, glad we got the double again this year, in monitoring a team in the premier league who could be on the verge of a shock relegation to move to, I doubt I'll stay at Blackpool

Blackpool - April 2025

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Jm0LXkEuQOKNlF7cRD66ht3DlxG6U2vXgZpDixCK.png

And so the end of another season was all but upon us, we had already scooped both trophies we were expected to by the board this season, they were wrapped up last month and now had just our personal pride and a couple of records to keep playing for. The final month of the season saw us play seven games, with a total up one hundred and twenty four points a possible target, how would we fare in this final run in...

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/WFwRHKm9lXmSKXlerXBj0H0UfVC4aVlPtexsmK2u.png

Well, a pretty good run in over the final month for us, seven games played to end the season, five more wins, one draw and just the one defeat as we also picked up four clean sheets over the month period as well which is fantastic.

We began at home welcoming Swinidon and lost out one nil, a fringe squad to say the least, after this result I decided to go for a high points tally though so went back to a strong side.

We beat Walsall at home two nil. Both goals coming in the second half. Berget netted five minutes after the restart whilst Tantram netted ten minutes from time, securing the win.

A trip to Crewe saw us narrowly win three two. We led through Casasola netting in the first half but found ourselves level at the break. Griffiths netted two goals in four minutes to put us three one up in the second half before we conceded a late consolation.

A nil nil draw at home against Yeovil, little happened, little more than a point was deserved.

Staying at home we welcomed Huddersfield who we beat three nil, our first goal came from Saadi in the first half before Tantram and Leclercq both netted in the second half.

Our final game on the road this season saw us take a trip to Derby who we beat four one, comfortable victory. We were behind before Hourihane levelled five minutes before the break. Berget netted two in three minutes in the second half, seeing us go three one up before Casasola nodded home his final goal of a good season.

We'd end the season at home, in front of our own fans welcoming Rochdale and keeping a clean sheet as we ran out two nil winners to end the season on a high note. Mantom netted after five minutes with Bailey making it two in eighteen and that was that.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/wnxT2vTyneBP0ATQc5zJg0y6jpPjI5loIchRnzhz.png

Well, thats definitely a point tally to be happy with! A massive one hundred and seventeen points clinches the league title and promotion to the Championship! Delighted with the way we've played this season, expectedly running way with the league title by twenty four points come the end over Bradford who join us in the Championship next season. We still only just score the most goals this season, netting one hundred and twenty four, just six more than Bradford. However I am delighted to say we kept the tightest defence! We conceded forty eight goals in forty six games!

Great season, Dan. Another smash and grab job in the Championship perhaps? I like that. Since this challenge is all about the trophies - if a good job shows up, go for it. A team relegated from the Prems maybe.

Unbelievable stuff with Welling, brilliant stint there, Coventry appeared a walk in the park until you obliterated league 1 with Blackpool. Great stuff Dan! Ticking off England with ease so far.

Blackpool - 27th May 2025

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Jm0LXkEuQOKNlF7cRD66ht3DlxG6U2vXgZpDixCK.png

The season was done and dusted, wrapped up, we had won and that was that. But before anything else happens it was time to think and decide where my future stands with this and with some actions that happened at the end of the season it helped decide.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/06weoy62uxYgma0rQPgxvKVDAeM3gmgFBTLVTZ5D.png

The only award we picked up come the end of the season. Kenneth Brown played very well, a leader for the side and deserved this award. We also had eight players named in the team of the year, can't complain with that.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/SdZza74WPemXvk5fNOUkCl0dOf2J82fIAAcO5fnD.png
https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/yEPgf8hOpWAu22mvDWEicBdWk9aZ6CCMpohncsYq.png

And after three hundred and fifty days in charge, I've decided to step down from my reign here on the coast in Blackpool. Its been a superb run to say the least, fifty nine games played, forty nine games won, eighty three percent! We drew three and lost just seven games in the last year. Scoring an incredible one hundred and fifty eight goals, conceding just sixty four. With the league and cup win, and promotion of course.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/WDigebl8gm78gWWlcgMNxYGYUDr62H1CvdFUkLYc.png

Well it feels like its been a while since I've looked at these and shown you them however I think it was only a season or two ago. My attributes look brilliant, except loyalty to players, but thats probably as expected when I'm just trying to improve the squad each year and shipping out deadwood year upon year. Everything else looks great. Onto the other side and my defence, technique and mental coaching seems to be fine whilst my player knowledge also does.

My overall career stats now look like this. I'm nearing my five hundredth game in charge as I've now taken charge of four hundred and seventy seven games which has seen me lose ninety six, draw sixty five and win sixty six percent which totals up to three hundred and sixteen games won. I've seen my teams net a total of one thousand one hundred and ninety nine goals, conceding seven hundred, giving me a great goal difference of four hundred and ninety nine. Along the way I've won five cups, nine league titles and five promotions.

http://i.imgur.com/aAqfv97.png?1

This also happened this summer and its the main reason I've decided to step down from Blackpool, two 'big' teams relegated from the Premier League on the final day of the season. Whilst Fulham is a little more likely, with them in the Championship this year in real life. But Tottenham being relegated! Fulham have sacked their manager whilst I'm waiting for Spurs to.

The Next Step - 4th June 2025
http://s28.postimg.org/m1zy2zlrx/Sky_Bet_Championship.png

So the next step of the career was logically a move to the Championship, I wasn't going to stay in Blackpool as you saw last month I resigned from that. However now I am on the hunt for a new job, with two in mind, either Tottenham or Fulham, one had a manager, one didn't. Heres what happened lately.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/W28AQPkz7DO3PAshoeTg01ox5gPn8HdX6oiqLlu9.png

Fulham made the first move, I didn't ask for an interview or anything, they just came and approached me, I was banking on the spurs job however with their current manager only being in the post for just over one hundred and fifty days I thought the job wouldn't come up, so I attended the interview, all went well and then they approached me. A good transfer budget to work with, not a bad wage budget. I've only signed a one year deal on thirty thousand a week, rather than the twenty eight thousand for two years that is stated.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/0mZa4QKgWGUWNU2NHrqzYoi8M9hhbIqOgqqGFYAo.png

Mission, to get Fulham back in the Premier League! Now for another big job to go down well, thats the plan anyway however we may struggle a bit, Spurs are going to be big title challengers this year.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/9xhxvLMduWTuF5HIMmBE74DSCFA7RQo1vEWZI3xh.png

Decent financially as you'd expect, just over eighteen million pounds in the bank for us, the transfer budget should change to six million in the summer. The wage budget is a little heavy however I will look to change things and release a bit of the money being spent on wages early on.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xzc44R7A3i0dEiVPmwAd0bDwUaCOZVyI6p6niQI9.png

And heres the squad, as expected, it looks quite strong for a Championship side. A new keeper has to come in this summer, apart from that I don't think there is too much more to add, obviously I will see whats available and offered to me before ruling out any transfers however there are a few players whos rating just won't be good enough for the club.

Fulham - Pre Season Round Up 2025

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/vCxaFHHS3sO9GvK7e6NESGWE9xcGnlcc9Hm1ikZQ.png

Another step up the ladder, now manager of Fulham Football club, definitely felt like a higher club for me anyway. With them predicted second in the league this season it was time to try and get a good summer in and build on what we could. We knew Spurs would be running us all the way this season.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/aI0KSaqzCegT4WGth39HjP5g3TB05M7MhmySjtP4.png

A busy summer off the pitch and this is just the outgoings. Obviously there were players who weren't good enough and others who wanted to leave. In the end we saw two loan deals, two free transfers as well as eight 'feed' transfers this summer. We ended up making around eight million pounds come the end of the summer.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/zpBbwkgIFgvwVQGCVKOmqp70LQ7cyfwenlEt9oc1.png

Seven new faces arrived this year, three on loan, one paid transfer and the other three joined on a free transfer much to my delight. I will post the team up in the next picture so you'll see their positions and ratings. Delighted with the loan deals, they'll all have plenty of action. Whilst raiding Spurs will definitely help strengthen the squad.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xi4VklNjMt1c1fnP3GzSxdD82AO9p5B86KxTXl9o.png

A little bit disappointed I couldn't find the keeper I really wanted, there just wasn't one out there which would help strengthen the team. However I found some strong players in my youth squad and reserves who I could call up, which helped me strengthen the defence and midfield, the transfers also helped me strengthen all areas especially up front. *If you wish to see a players attributes I can upload it in my reply to you net update, just ask.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/5r7cAwkZLRTatHz8wt95dgiL5SoPhSvw29O9nrCF.png

The budget is fine, due to television rights and what not I am now with a club with over forty million pounds in the bank balance. We've also still got a small bit of transfer money to spend and have currently cut the wage budget down! This is all good for the club!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/akjUvjoyR5wf3JBwQr0qNPwyvzmQavCfjlcd3611.png

A fantastic run in the summer friendlies, our form was simply mind blowing, although we didn't play any 'top squads' we played well and definitely put in the performances we had to. We ended up facing ten friendlies this summer, winning all ten whilst we also managed to keep a fantastic eight clean sheets, surely that'll show how strong our back line is.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/5f6aoDm3ZKwUXjYKq8aQLZKlqs7P7D4nQ4rAV4Ra.png

Well, its brilliant to see I am finally getting on my coaching course. This will be my Continental A License and will take roughly a year to complete as well as three thousand pounds! Hopefully I can pass this then lead me onto my Continental Pro License, the last on my list yet.

Fulham - August 2025

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/vCxaFHHS3sO9GvK7e6NESGWE9xcGnlcc9Hm1ikZQ.png

So here we go, into the Championship I go, another title I'll be looking to win but I know it won't be easy here like it has been the last couple of years. However I had a strong squad built and ready to take on the Championship, also along with a busy month, here is the tactics I have played at the clubs I've been at.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/LgM6qtxxj9SG0KYlgYHpaeXkszkk4p7B77vTJ9Nq.png

Here are the two tactics I use, the one on the left is my preferred one, plenty of attacking opportunities and it is rather strong at the back. When on the road I tend to use the formation on the right, it solidified the back line a little more and helps us to keep those clean sheets.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/xhhWcFvF1WqSdvctpgGBIWLAdU7pvFuTRQnuZLMh.png

Well, we've made a strong'ish start to the league and cup season this year. August was a busier month than most as we faced seven games in total, winning four, drawing two and losing just one game. Only two clean sheets were kept.

We kicked the league season off on the road against Bradford and smashed in five goals in a great victory. Woodrow was superb up front for us, netting four goals to kickstart his season whilst Busk also had one for us, a dominant way of opening the league season.

The Capital One Cup saw us welcome Oldham, my first home game in charge and we beat the League Two outfit four nil, confidence in the team. Busk netted twice, played superbly whilst Aneke also netted twice for us.

Staying at home we welcomed Brentford and picked up our first league clean sheet this season, winning two nil. Both goals came early as Woodrow netted in the first minute and Osia in the fourteenth.

A trip to Swindon saw us drop our first points of the season, Woodrow initially put us ahead after eight minutes but the host levelled just before the break and we ended up drawing one a piece.

We were poor on the road at Wolves where we lost out three two. We trailed one nil early on before Aneke levelled three minutes before the break. We went on to concede two second half goals before Woodrow netted but slipped to a three two defeat.

We returned to winning ways as we hit another four in the Capital One Cup. This time welcoming Wigan where we claimed a four one win. A goal down early on but two one up at the break. Woodrow initially levelling from the spot before Caceres made it two nil. Leaving it late to put the result beyond doubt Drmic and Aneke netted.

And we'd finish the month at home, claiming a point against Blackburn, not a confident performance but Eric Dier netted his first for the club, saving us from defeat

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/OpnheboV0SzVA7o0uS57xFySS3pFBDk0h6OKnVtI.png

Well, as expected Spurs have run out the blocks as they picked up four wins from four and running away already. We've started okay, sitting in tenth place.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/pWEeIWonOGV3ysMd7Om5snjwOz8sUA2hRi7i3XQQ.png

Now a little note on this, Redbull Salzburg have won the league title for ten, maybe eleven years running, this is the one club I believe I need to be at to finish off Austria! If this job becomes available, I will be applying immediately!

Fulham - September 2025

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/vCxaFHHS3sO9GvK7e6NESGWE9xcGnlcc9Hm1ikZQ.png

A mixed start to life at Craven Cottage, we've played well in the majority of games we have played to date, its just picking up points thats been stopping us so far. Back to competitive action now though, could we pick up a few more points in September and push on to the playoffs?

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/7JkCHOpm54bN1yyZmp1MqBq5F28M1iddLZ2B60RK.png

Well, highs and lows once again this month, a couple clean sheets a few wins and a few defeats, its not been too bad though thats for sure.

We began on the road at Peterborough where we claimed a three nil win, brilliant showing to. Two nil up at the break thanks to Harrington and Morrison netting before the break before Caceres netted in the second half.

Welcoming Bournemouth we slipped to a poor two one defeat, poor showing, our goal came late on as they switched off and Woodrow netted.

A trip to Watford saw us improve, slightly, to claim a point. O'Neill put us ahead four minutes after the restart but we conceded late on to seal only a point.

A trip to Old Trafford in the Capital One Cup Third Round saw Manchester United hit four past us and send us out. Expectedly so but goals from Morrison and Woodrow softened the blow.

We then welcomed Blackpool, my previous employers and won three two. We were ahead through Morrison before going two one down almost immediately after the break. We came back though as Osia and Morrison saw us win three two.

And to end the month, a five nil thrashing to Birmingham, we were superb here and hopefully this will be the turning point. AN own goal started the rout before Morrison made it two nil before the break. Second half Caceres netted with Burn and Stanciu rounding up the rout.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/Zw351MklBdR6zen5yiWgGU2heuu7ohBP9p2nPJga.png

Well, everyone seems to have played a different amount of games so getting a real good view of the table as it stands is difficult, however what isn't difficult to notice is we are still outside the playoffs which isn't pleasing the board!

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/vCxaFHHS3sO9GvK7e6NESGWE9xcGnlcc9Hm1ikZQ.png

I was beginning to become 'under pressure' already by the board due to the results not being great and our league form wasn't great nor was our position. So throughout October we had to try and improve that desperately to raise our position. A short October, what did it have in store for us.

Well, it started off slowly and poorly, a loss to Spurs and draw with Palace, but it improved at the end, scoring ten goals in just two games.

Tottenham, the leagues favourite side and managed to make us look silly, they went one down when Lloris netted an own goal but we conceded three to lose out.

A draw at Crystal Palace saw us pick up just a point. Busk netted the opener.

Welcoming Leeds we finally picked up our first win in October, reliving a bit of pressure, winning four two. Goals from Woodrow who netted twice, an own goal and Caceres helped secure the narrow victory.

And we'd end the month away at Leicester where we grabbed a massive win in a nine goal thriller, running our six three winners. Caceres netted two, Morrison netted a hatrick with Woodrow also netting one in this dominant yet leaky defence showing.

Tottenham still unbeaten after ten league games and can still go top of the pile. Hopefully we can start a run up at last and push on, its good being in the playoffs but where I really want to be is either first or second and gain that automatic promotion spot rather than fight the playoffs!

It's been a mixed start to the Championship season but I'm sure you expected it to be but at least you're currently sitting in a play-off spot with around a quarter of the season gone.

Thanks Shedender the start to the season is as expected I think that would be fair to say!

Into November and with our form hopefully on the rise now we could hopefully press on and push the top teams in the division, try and force our way to the top spot. However both Reading and Spurs were having superb seasons to date, if we want to do something this year we need to beat them as well as improve.

Well, it wasn't an awful month, more wins than defeats, but the defeats are big ones, losing to league leaders Reading and challenging side Sunderland but a great win over Sheffield United.

We began at home, welcoming Cardiff where we played out a three two win. We initially went behind before Woodrow levelled before the break. Second half Jahanbankhsh made it two one to us before we conceded. However we won it late on when O'Neill netted seven minutes from time.

A trip to Barnsley saw us go five games on the bounce without defeat I think. We trailed at the break but a brilliant second half saw us come back and when. Morrison netted first to level things before Woodrow netted twice.

A defeat at home against Sunderland saw us drop vital points, a one nil defeat.

We then lost a second game on the bounce, heavily this time, Reading, league leaders, beating us four one with ease! We played poorly, Busk netted for us.

We ended the month with a superb five nil win though, bouncing back in style with Sheffield United the side who lost out. Aneke netted the only first half goal before Woodrow, Busk, Wheatley and O'Neill secured the dominant win.

Spurs still unbeaten this season, maybe they could go the whole season that way as they are way to strong to be in this league, Reading, also relegate last season seem to be fighting well.

And so it is my next game in charge, the first one of December will in fact be my five hundredth game in management! delighted to say the least!

God dammit Dan, I fucking love reading your stories.

That is all.

RBS would be a neat move but I really am a big fan of the squad (for the most part) you have there at Craven Cottage.

Well I don't think I'm going to get many bigger compliments than that van6969 I appreciate your kind words! The only club I'd join now in Austria is RBS as I feel they are the only side in control in Austria but it isn't to be just yet.

We're still yet to get the ball rolling this season I feel, we are doing well don't get me wrong, sitting in amongst the playoffs is fine however the media and board both predicted us to finish second and we are falling a little short of that so far, plus as it stands we won't get automatic promotion and we all know how playoffs are! But if we could just produce a brilliant month...anyway the festive period.

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/nw7S9gp1SuymBYJQCTEdNaPR37wY6JnPO5kfCpn0.png

What a time to produce the month looking like this! Five games, five wins and three fantastic clean sheets. We played superbly this month, its as if everything just clicked into place, everyone was on the same ball.

We began on the road against Wigan who we beat two one. A superb showing from us, Harrington netted a fine brace, two minutes into the game and his second four minutes from time. Wheatley also netted before the break whilst Woodrow netted in the second half securing the fine win.

A home game welcoming Hull saw us run out three one winners. We went behind before the break but Woodrow levelled things. He went on to secure a hatrick netting twice in the second half.

Our final game before Christmas saw us travel to high flying Nottingham Forest who we beat two nil a strong clean sheet seeming we finished with nine men, two sending offs in the final five minutes. Burn netted two goals for us, coming in the ninth and sixty sixth minute.

Boxing Day provided us with another clean sheet and a three nil win, two of the goals coming before the break. Aneke netted after eight minutes whilst on loan Glimey made it two nil before the break. Woodrow made it three nil from the spot in the second half.

The month and calender year would end with our fifth win of the month and sixth win in a row, a third clean sheet as well as we ran out four nil winners. O'Neill got us off the mark after nineteen minutes before Aneke made it two nil five minutes before the break. Second half we left it late with two goals in injury time as Wheatley nette and Caceres made it two in a minute and four nil overall.

Well, we are back in contention now! We move up to second place and just a point behind league leaders Tottenham however they do have a game in hand which could see them move four points clear now. We are only two points clear of third and fourth placed sides Sunderland and Reading so still need to do a little bit of work, Blackpool drop into the relegation zone.

First Championship award, the manager of the month will do nicely, as stated earlier, what a fine time to pick it up!

Haha Spurs in the Championship! Even as a Spurs fan myself I had to laugh at that. Just out of curiosity, who did they finally lose to?

We were superb throughout December Shedender, if we can continue that then we'll be challenging Spurs thats for sure

Yes bmg033 it surprised yet amused me to! They lost to Leicester first, as you'll see in this update they lose twice more, to Sunderland and Sheffield United I believe.

Fulham - January 2026

Happy New Year! Once again! We turned the page into the year of 2026 as we celebrate it up in London with my side Fulham, over the last three or four seasons I've now spent the New Year in different places with different teams inside of England! Now we are nearing the top division, we picked up a great run of form in December, could we continue it in January?

https://sortitoutsi.net/uploads/mirrored_images/qG516v0VEt35HJ3KJsXr0CiWh8YCNjkXuiUMDVXP.png

The run continued for a little longer, but not all the way through January, however that was trying to be a bit ambitious, superb to advance, expectedly so, through the FA Cup as we win in rounds three and four, two wins from four Championship games this month.

The New Year started at home, welcoming Bolton, the League One side in the FA Cup Third Round and we battled to all three points. Osia netted inside a minute before Silva doubled our lead nine minutes after the break. However we did concede late on, but it didn't halt our progress.

Staying at home we welcomed Bradford and beat them five one a more than confident showing. Our five goals came from four men, on loan Chelsea striker Glimey put us ahead, Woodrow netted twice, including one fro the spot and Osia also netted before the break. We conceded one in the second half before Busk added our fifth.

Poor showing in our only game on the road this month, a trip to Brentford saw us play poorly and lose out two nil, we lacked our own chances.

Back at home we returned to winning ways as we beat Swindon three one. Burn netted after just nine minutes with O'Neill making it two nil after half an hour. We conceded in injury time of the first half but netted our third in injury time of the second half as Woodrow netted.

FA Cup Fourth Round saw us face Colchester at home and beat them three nil. Caceres netted after nineteen minutes, the only first half goal. Woodrow netted in the second half before an own goal secured the three nil win. We will face Premier League side Stoke in the Fifth Round.

We ended the month welcoming Wolves and blowing a two goal lead to draw two a piece. We originally led through Burn before Glimey made it two nil seven minutes before the break. However second half we blew it, ending two all.

With eighteen league games to go there is just five points separating the top four teams in the Championship, Spurs lose twice more this month which slip them down to second whilst Sunderland look to regain Premier League status sitting top and we sit third just three points behind them! Its all close and could go anyway right now.

2026! My goodness that is a long time.

Still hoping you can get promoted by winning the league and actually getting that trophy. Only three points off with many matches left. KIU
