A MONSTER TACTIC| Dominating with Possession: Mastering Farioli's Tactics at Nice in FM24

Hi guys, as requested by someone of you, this time I 'll bring you my emulation of Francesco Farioli's tactic in Football Manager 2024.
With this 4-3-3 tactic I finished 2nd in Ligue 1, playing all the first season
matches managing OG Nice by myself while I simulated Coupe de France (France Cup) games.
My team scored 80 goals (2nd best attack after PSG with 91 goals) and my striker Moffi became Ligue 1 topscorer with 28 goals sharing the first place with Kylian Mbappe.
Also defensively, my team had the 2nd best defense with 29 allowed goals after (again!) Psg (with only 17 goals allowed).
We played a beautiful football focused on mantaining possession and creating chances through short passes and patiently building the play.
This tactic will bring to you the essence of "Farioli-ball" to your team by seamlessly blending possession-oriented football with organized off-the-ball strategies, mastering intricate passing patterns to lure opponents into pressing traps and transition into high-tempo attacks with finesse.
I replicated OGC Nice's defensive prowess too, with an effective high press and a customized marking system, actively regaining possession, exhibit bravery in defensive transitions, and accept numerical parity when needed, compensating with forward movements and smart defensive positioning.
