For a few weeks now, I've been unable to download the real names/german national team fix, the cut-out faces megapack (directly; the torrent works) or the metallic logos megapack (neither directly nor via torrent). Whenever I hit them, I get an "Oops!" message from Chrome telling me the link could not be connected to.
The corresponding links for FM 2013 worked fine a month ago, and I was able to download some individual league kit packs for FM 2014. Anyone else have this problem, or solutions to it?
I'm running the latest version of Chrome on Windows 8, if that helps.

Edit: I tried on IE10 as well, still no luck.

Thanks for the response, but it has nothing to do with the browser or the OS. I tried the links on IE10 on this PC, on an Android phone, on Chrome on another Windows 7. Still the same result.
Either the link's broken, or there's something up with my account.

Can you take a screenshot of the error or give an exact copy and paste of it? It's too vague for me to be able to tell what's going wrong at the moment.
Is it only when you try and download?

Yeah the problem occurs only when I'm trying to download. Whenever I try to download the real names fix, the cut-out facepack or the metallic logopack, I get the following message from Chrome after a few seconds:
"Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to us62977184620748879.dynamiccloudserver.info
Did you mean: dynamiccloudserver.info"
On IE, I get the following message:
"This page can't be displayed
•Make sure the web address http://sortitoutsi.net is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes."
I've tried, as I said before, on multiple computers and even my phone, and every time the same thing happened. But some other links I tried, like a couple of individual kitpacks, worked just fine. I also created a free account last night and managed to download the facepack and names fix using the free links, so the problem seems to be with this Premium account.

Do have use any sort of VPN?
Who is your internet provider?
What sort of firewall are you using?

I'm using the built-in Windows firewall and no VPN. And I'm sure the problem has nothing to do with my computer: as I said, I used a different PC as well as an Android phone. And they are on different networks (both wireless and wired).
However those networks are all run by my university, so I don't know the ISP. The problem could indeed be there, I suppose.

I'm sure there must be some other sort of error code, perhaps in the title in the page, can you give a screenshot so I can see more clearly?

Each time I press the download key for any of the kits nothing happens ???

Are you sure nothing happens? I imagine something must happen, loading icon on the page etc (I would tell you were but it depends on what browser you're using)

For most browsers when you click a link some sort of loading icon appears, does literally nothing happen or is it just that it loads the same page again?
Can you open the download link in a new tab and tell me what happens or what URL is at the top?

I have tried through google and steam with the same outcome.
The URL is sortitoutsi.net/graphics/Style 7/standard kits.

Can you take a screenshot or something? You're not even telling me what file it is you're trying to download so I have literally no idea what to test or look at. It may well be an easy fix you just need to tell me what it is you're actually doing
I'm really sorry that you're having problems and I am keen to fix them, other people might be having them as well.

Ah okay, I think I see what's happening. If you'd given me the url in the first place I would have understood.
You are going to this page and clicking the download button at the top right?
That is not a link to download the packs (although I realise now the text should be clearer), it is a link to take you to where you can download the packs. To download you actually need to descend into the categories that are listed and choose specific files you want to download such as the Romania pack that is there and then a big download button appears on the right.
Like I said if you had just given me the url in the first place or explained in more detail I could have explained that sooner

Well I'm not sure exactly what the problem was, but I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1, and the links seem to be working fine now. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for the responses.

Wow @anthony wynne you dug out an 11 year old post!
Can you be more specific what file it is you're trying to download? If it's a megapack, you might be clicking the download link the banner, you're then given two options of “Download Complete Pack” or “Download Changes File” you need to click one of these. If it's your first time, then “Complete Pack” is the one you want to download.

You need to give more information if you want people to be able to help you. Try posting a screenshot, maybe even try annotating it if you think it will help.
In these sorts of situations you're only going to get as much help back as you're willing to put in yourself in asking a question, try and be considerate and make things as easy as possible for the people trying to help you.
