is there no other tool that can edit the file from the editor?

Hello, i have edit the File of Loco Titan, an optimazion of Patch 10.0.3 . All Leagues up to the 5 Level. 24 Legues and 456 Teams.

I have edit all Team Names exact and correct it, Missed Nicknames and Year Foundation i insert it. Home and Away Kits insert to.
After the last save, almost everyone is almost done with everything , data from the 5th level is duplicated and a great many of the 

upper levels have disappeared. Is there a tool that can process more data volumes or can simply read out the XML file?

I`am very lucky i`have found Pack 3 and Pack 2, only the first Pack 1 i dont found!

I must say, thats the easyest Way is only the newest download of the Megapack. But sorry, it is not realy the Best to Update FM 2010,2011, 2012 ect. .you must see soo the newest Pack 11 have 10,3GB, and the Pack 4 have 4,13GB Data to Upload the Manager, i`ts not realy the same, and.......
for example Messi at 2009 have an other Face (Foto) that at 2018...
