@coolrgh Forgot to say, but if a source is small/low quality, please make the background in the lowest allowed resolution (so for faces that is 1600x900), as that way they will be less blurry

Not really sure if you used it here but try to avoid using an image enlarger/sharpener as well, as it makes the image look a bit unrealistic

Also if you want to do multiple images you can upload them as a pack, that saves some time with uploading and moderating. If you name all the images as the ID of the person, the system will automatically recognise them so you don't even have to type in their names 👍

You just change the width to 1920 and then change the canvas size or use the crop function to get it to 1080 vertically

Generally you can make a 250x250 cut when the size of the face in the source image is above ~220 pixels, anything below that should be in 180x180 as otherwise it will become too blurry

I don't know if you used this source but the face is only 150 pixels big here, so it should definitely be in 180x180 👍

@DarkNaples If there is no small face displayed here it means that the player is missing from the facepack. For images like this it would be nice if you could upload them as source on his facepack page as well, he is facing the camera so the cut will look ok

@coolrgh Please make sure the ‘keep proportions' option is enabled when resizing an image, otherwise it will get stretched out like here 👍

• First team manager John Heitinga is not set as nfe anymore for some reason, so he has to be removed from this file as now he is duplicated in-game
• First team assistant manager Dwight Lodeweges is set as nfe, so needs to be recreated

The backlog is way too big so I rejected a couple hundred old requests yesterday where it was doubtful if they were worth spending time on

For this one it's also tilted where the current image is front-facing, but if you think it should be added please cut it yourself

I'm checking all old requests and rejecting the ones that are very similar to the current cut. Like mons said if you want to have it cut you need to do it yourself, as otherwise it will probably take months before it gets done unfortunately

From there you can even filter for specific nations/leagues, or just use the ‘browse' option at the top to find things

What an enlarger does is take pixels from the original image and then ‘guess' what the pixels around those would look like in a version of a bigger size

So if you zoom in here you can see that the hair looks a bit weird, as well as the skin of the face that has some kind of waxen look

Then again if you scale the image down to a 250x250 cut it's less visible, but we would still like to avoid it. If you upload the cut on his timeline it will probably be added 👍

This one could be cropped a little bit closer to the chin, 2-3 pixels of space is enough. Then it will probably be added to the pack

The second one was rejected because the source image had been enlarged, but the cut itself looks fine

For those I probably thought they just wouldn't really be improvements on the current cuts. I checked and rejected hundreds of requests yesterday, so it's not only yours.

@Lezko_ These are good sources, but if a player already has a high-quality cut done within the last 1-2 years and their appearance hasn't really changed, we prefer not to spend time on them again as the amount of pending requests is quite big

Can you post a screenshot of your stadium folder like this, showing how many images are in there? The image of the Celta stadium has number 1031

I don't think there is anything wrong with the config file, but you can try downloading the most recent update pack to get a version that should be correct
