This thread is for anything not in the default database or an alternative version of any of the official logos. Use the submissions system for requests like this this. Push the “contribute” tab and click on “upload image” and add it as a source logo:

@Willz72 This is not how you do it 🙂 first of all please read the post above yours and understand that we are on a summer break and a new update will not be until the start of august. That being said we still have the submissions system open for admitting sources.

The way you submit sources are by clicking on the “contribute” tab: https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/submissions/3

Then clicking on “upload image” or “upload multiple”.

In your case someone already submitted sources for the new logos and they will if everything goes well be part of next update 👍

No…. put all 9 parts in the same folder and extract part 1(the complete file is always up-to-date with the latest update). The files are bundled together and all 9 parts will extract at once.

Then you will only need to download and apply any further new updates after that (anything after 2024.07)

Surely no… Something has gone wrong probably when applying a update. But since you are a premium member the solution is straightforward. delete what you have and download the “complete” pack. Then everything should work 🙂👍

@Skywalker The trophies has been completely removed from the “metallic logo pack” and now have their own pack. Make sure not to have the trophies folder twice… I recommend to delete the one that came with the logo pack (if you still have it), and download in install the new trophies pack 👍🙂

We are now on a well earned summer break from making updates. We will return in start/mid august. The submissions system will be open but don't expect much activity.

The really short version is that this is very much W.I.P right now and I would not recommend anyone engaging in anything other that collecting sources for logos that need updating right now. 

@Skywalker First of all… great to see you back at contributing to the metallic logo project 👍

Well it is unfortunately not that simple 🤷‍♂️ Here is a long story tried to made short and understandable 🙂:

The browsing and submissions systems are quit new (from last june). To begin with it was only focused on metallic logos and was quite simple… you could only submit sources that would be made in to metallic'd logos and added to the pack if accepted. I then wanted the project to evolve and include a way for people to upload and submit “game ready” metallic'd logos to make it more of a community experience and not just one person doing the vast majority of the work.

It then turned out that “footygamer” has had a vision of collecting sources for all logo packs in one place for a long time and he took the opportunity and are right now in the process of making this system a huge library of sources for every logo pack to use. So sources from other logo packs has been imported in recent times and that is why you see this happening. So no one has changed the logo. So unfortunately you can't really use the dates to anything because it can very well just be an import date and no one has actually looked at it and made any conscious decision.

So just let us know if you spot something similar.

Then there are the hole submitting thing and what the different status means. This is where it gets a bit messy and shows that this i very much W.I.P

The idea is that the gathering of sources will have it's own system and the metallic project will have a different system. Right now those two things only exist in “footygamers” head and I have no idea how the end product will look.

But right now “source” is anything also metallic'd logos.

“game ready” means cut source that can be used by any logo project.

This is so it is possible to export all the “sources” and “game ready” (cut logos) images to their own system hopefully in the near future.

That would hopefully mean we can have a metallic logo system where the statuses makes more sense.

But I'm just trying to follow whatever changes are being made  🙂

Just as when you add a attachment… where you choose on your computer what file to upload 👍

Well first of all the clubs have to be in the default database if you want them to be added to the pack. Otherwise you have done right by submitting in the alternative submissions thread 👍

choose source and then you have to fill out all three spaces:

1 is “game item” search by name or id

2 is “image type” put in team logo

3 is where you add the file

@metachaos#2513 This picture has been stretched or squeezed. When resizing the picture then always keep the proportions of the picture. Can't you see that it looks strange?

@malman When resizing pictures, then please always resize to nearest size allowed 👍 Every type of stadium/background has two allowed sizes to avoid blur pictures. I believe your stadium background submissions is more suited for 1600x900 than 1920x1080 🙂

@Steven Padouvas Thanks for the contribution. This stadium picture is a inside stadium picture and not a stadium background. This picture is quit blurred in 1600x900 pix, and would be better of in 800x480 pix (inside stadium). There are two sizes allowed for each type of background/stadium for a reason, and please resize any picture to the nearest size. Feel free to resize the picture and submit it as a inside stadium picture 👍

@stuparchmarino Please stop submitting pictures that has been stretched. You can not stretch the pictures one way or the other it looks strange. Always keep the proportions of the picture intact.
