This is where the problem lies.

My config will be different from what you need it to be. My FM26 and by extension the graphics are installed on a separate drive and folder structure so I've setup the config to match what I need. So it sadly wouldn't be as simple as just dumping mine in place.

No worries pal give up lol . I've re downloaded your files an mod enabler every step. No luck. Thanks anyway

Sorry I can't be much more help!

Basically if the mod is setup correctly then the kits will work, these are just formatted and created like regular kits.

Is there anyway you could send me your bepinex file. An kits mate. Can't get it working at all. I can just delete all mine use yours. If possible thanks again

I've noticed you've added a _3D suffix to all the kits. There shouldn't really be any need to do that.

Also noticed in doing so you've got a miss-spelling for the Canada entry.

But aside from that I can't see any issues, the logs mean nothing to me. It's not my mod so I have no idea how the backend comes together, I just make the kits! 😂

You'd be best off raising it in the mod post.

Bit bizarre. If the home kits are working fine then there shouldn't be an issue with the away kits as it's the same thing.

I'd double check the mod installation, it seems A LOT of people are getting issues with it.

That Be good if can sort it mate. am colombia just played brazil both in yellow kits. thanks

From a quick look at your log, the 3D kits plugin is already running/working. Unfortunately, the plugin is not reading any kit mappings. Most likely, the issue is still with the ".cfg" configuration file. Please check and fix the "NationalKitFolder =" line, and set it to the actual location of the 3D kits folder you are using.

hi pal were do you download bepinex from? deleted everything to start again. now bepinex not creating plugin folders an others on launch. thanks for help

Make sure BepInEx is installed in your FM26 installation folder. Then check the com.restufm.nationalkitinject.cfg file and set NationalKitFolder to match the location of your custom 3D kit folder. Inside the 3D kit folder, there must be a config.xml file, and the file names in config.xml must match the PNG files in that folder. If it still doesn't work, please send the LogOutput.log file from the BepInEx folder.
In the comment above, I already provided an example of how to fill in the config file, the folder path location, and the contents of the folder.
