No. Basically no mods like this will work with FM24. These are designed for FM26 as it uses a completely different engine and setup than FM24 and previous versions.

Hey there, I wasn't planning on it. These kit packs can take a while to do especially the lower down the pyramid you go as quality reference images get harder to find and I don't think the demand is high enough to make it worth it.
