If you don't get the cut-out faces megapack to work, please take a screenshot of your faces folder, showing clearly (a) the full path and (b) the amount of images in the folder 👍

This is the cut-out faces megapack section. You're speaking about a completely different pack 😕

I would suggest you try downloading it again from scratch, making sure to follow the installation instructions carefully. Have a look at the installation instructions for the cut-out pack, as listed in the FAQs to this thread, which should be broadly similar.

If that doesn't work, ask the author of the file you've downloaded for help 👍

sorry, I have the cut-out faces megapack as well. I was trying the df11 just to see if it worked but it didn't,, I'm trying the cut-out face pack again now just downloading

df11 players faces 15GB 165000 or so and I have deleted all my face packs now to try again

If you don't have a config file, then you've either not downloaded the full file, or not extracted it properly.

How large was the file you downloaded, and how many images do you have in the extracted faces folder?

cheers for getting back to me, I downloaded the main cut-out faces pack here and put it where it needs to go.. never had an issue before iv had this game since it come out, and never had a problem with kits' logs backgrounds are working fine just the face pack.

Hi all sorry for this post but I'm struggling with installing my face packs everything else has worked but iv tried everything but it will not work, but I noticed I don't have con.fig file in it …what do I do?
