Does anyone know if the new update has fixed the NewGen Faces problem we were all having?

so did i but this year i didn't get a key code sent to my shopto account after i purchased the game thats why i got a refund and ordered the game off fanatical instead

Personally i wouldn't pre-order Football Manager 2023 from Shopto if you're wanting to play the beta before the full release on 8th of November as the digital copy off Shopto comes with the box version and not with the early access key code you put in steam once you've pre-ordered the game.
