The extracting isn't particularly consuming on the cpu or graphic card. The important part is the hard drive. If possible try to extract it from one drive to another, or on an SSD. Four hours is far to much.

ty for your help i found out i had epic games running when i closed that it only took me 25 minutes because i used an ssd

I'm no PC expert, is that a very good PC then? What program are you using to extract the file?

it a pretty high tier pc and i am using winrar
