1. The folder structure is right but you're using the iconfaces with the config for the main faces folder. God knows how you've managed it, but it's obviously not correct.
2. You probably haven't downloaded the full megapack, but just the 13.01 update pack.

Delete whatever is in your sortitoutsi folder and download the full megapack again.

At the end of the process, you should have a faces folder with 283k+ files in it, and an iconfaces folder with the same amount of files in that one.

That is wierd seems like it never extracted the faces folder, will try again! Thanks!

1. The faces added seem to be blurry
2. Some players/managers missing faces still
