Kansas City, LA Galaxy, Montreal Impact & Philadelphia Union don't currently have third kits. Also the sponsors on the Columbus Crew kits aren't fuzzy they're correct mate as there is a white background behind the Barbasol logo.

2015 Columbus Crew Home & Away

There's been no announcement from any teams that they will not be wearing third kits this season, or that they are releasing new third kits this season, so why not include them?

As far as Columbus, my mistake.

EDIT: Nevermind, it was a skin issue.

I'm running the latest version of this file (and no other files), and I've got some problems in Germany. The following clubs all show plain white third kits:

Bundesliga: Wolfsburg
2. Bundesliga: Energie Cottbus, Dynamo Dresden, Karlsruher, Koln, St. Pauli, Union Berlin
3. Liga: Rot-Weiss Erfurt, Heidenheim, Holstein Kiel, Munster, Osnabruck, RB Leipzig, Stuttgarter Kickers, Unterhaching

It seems that any Germany club without a third kit made has that blank white kit showing. I haven't checked below 3. Liga, but I'd suspect the problem runs all the way down through the lower levels as well.

Just noticed that Almere City (ID: 850022) has the file name 850022.PNG, which causes it to not appear in the game. Once renamed to 850022.png, it works.

Then the worst thing that happens is that no one sees it. That's okay. But the best, maybe the person making the pack sees them and has extra images/sources to use to make the kits. If not, there's no harm. Life goes on, right?
