Edit: I changed the name of the folder after extracting from "Italy Lega Pro Prima Divisione 2013/14 - FMF" to just "Lega Pro Prima Divisione" and that fixed it.

I think he's looking for levels 7, 8, and 9. I was actually just looking for those myself. I know they were done in the past, did anyone create them this time around?

It's possible if the complete pack that was uploaded here has an error in it. Download it for yourself and see what I mean. The dates are when the images were modified by whoever created the pack.
Honestly, I'm not being difficult here for the sake of being dificult. I know how .RARs work and how to apply packs. I just don't know how to handle the two different "Normal" folders. Do they contain duplicate images? Are the images from one missing from the other? What about the configs? Same questions there.

I literally did two things:
1) Downloaded the "Complete Pack (2013.9)" from here.
2) Extracted the .rar file.
That's it. I did not have any logos to begin with, so there was no need to overwrite anything. No need for you to be a douche.

As you can see by the sizes, the folders with "-1" at the end have lots more images in them. What should I do with these?

Sounds good.
Why no patches? I know why it's not done in most leagues, but there is no Promotion/Relegation in MLS, so it's a non-issue. Why not have the kits as accurate as posible?

These are great, but are missing the MLS patch on one sleeve and the USA/Canada flag on the other:
The problem is there with the old pack too, so those need to be fixed also.
P.S. Portland home is green, away is red.

Makes a lot of sense. Just wanted to show that it could be used, if it made sense. I use them mainly to help me keep track of what files I've downloaded (the folders are titled with the name of the user who created them). Helps me not download two Japan expansions, for example.

Everything seems to be working ok at this point.
The program I use The Unarchiver for Mac.

That's what I did, but my extractor program still gave that result!

I ask because after unzipping the files, I ended up with this (probably due to a setting I missed in my extraction program):
Looking at the size, each folder appears to be identical. If the number listed above are correct, I should be able to just delete the 5 extra folders that were created.
