As it uses editor data files, I believe it does.

If installed properly, these files work perfectly well. Looks like you may not have installed this download correctly. Can you upload screenshots of the locations you've installed it in?

I deleted all the dbc, edt and lnc from these folders and moved the new content to this same folder. As I always do every version. I don't know why it isn't working, it used to work fine.

Installed the licenses fix on 2 different devices and both are freezing at the start of the game. I've always installed it at another FM games and never had this issue. What should I do?
