What the hell is your job?

Accountant.

Basically January is an extremely busy period, where there is a massive backlog to be done. And now it's after January, I reckon he will get rid of me and hire someone in September.

Been told I'm close to the sack at work.

One of the grievances is an untidy cupboard. Another is a job that I didn't even do.

Just fucking sack me already.

Woodgate, Colo, Bramble, Distin, O'Brien, Taylor, Hughes, Faye, Rozenhal, Mbiwa all better just off the top of my head. Only Woodgate and Coloccini were Premier League class with us though - it's been that threadbare Doesn't make Williamson good.

It's never been our strong point, though.

And our best 2 chances in the first half came from work by either Cabella, Sissoko or Perez.

Woodgate, Hughes, O'Brien and Distin all immediately excluded. from being sold before the 2005/06 season. Rozenhal and Mbiwa just aren't.

Completely forgot about Perez' shot past the post, which was all Cabella. But the other 2 chances Newcastle created Ameobi was involved with.

Ameobi was at the heart of all of attacking moves in the first half. Obertan managed to get a ball over leading to a goal.

Cabella played alright, but he didn't really cause Stoke too much bother and fucked up his final ball.

Also, I've been a season ticket holder for 10 years, and I genuinely can't think of many better CB's than Mike Williamson Newcastle have had in that time. - Seriously he's currently 4th.

Cabella should maybe target his frustration into actually doing something other than fucking up his final ball every time. Ameobi and Obertan were far more dangerous than Cabella.

Still reckon Harry Kane is the luckiest player I've ever seen. He seems to benefit from terrible defending every week.

I played absolutely shite.

But I did tackle someone from behind while they were taking a free kick. Heel turn right there.

I'm certain I've read that Chelsea and Liverpool have penalty clauses in their loan player contracts? Clubs get fined if they don't play the loan players?

I hope we get Moshni in return. He looks great fun.

How come Augsburg never seem to get any credit? Why is everyone so in love with Mainz instead?

JI DONG WON DERBY

Also never really rated Kevin de Bruyne, but fucking hell. Him Perisic and Schurrle could be really fucking good.

Indoor/Astro is the best way to get your fitness up quickly (combined with outdoor obviously) as it forces you to always be moving as well as always being aware. Also drills like "hineys" where you sprint all out across he pitch (bottom left corner -> top right -> top left -> bottom right) will have you fit in no time

Yeah, I am playing 5-a-side. - Just frustrating trying to play against teams that are already at fitness.

Also bought shinpads. Reaction seems to be people calling me gay.

Reckon excellent is a bit generous. But well it's nice to get a bit of luck. Good to see Carver putting more of his own stamp on the team. Thought Anita and Haidara improved more as the game went on. Cabella had another good game.

Not sure if Sissoko can be arsed though.

Annoying how hard it is to gain fitness, especially with doing loads of overtime at the minute.

You're forgetting that Newcastle sold 4 first teamers prior to the season Newcastle finished fifth....

Newcastle have said their target is top ten, if they achieve it, it will be 3 top ten finished out of 4. Since the 60's Newcastle have only managed to have sort of success twice. Once where Keegan and Dalglish combined for four good seasons and once where Robson and Roeder combined for four good seasons out of five.

Fun fact, last season Newcastle won more games than in 3 of 5 of Bobby Robson's seasons.

yeah pretty much. Although I think S1 was an extremely enjoyable but not actually very good show. And relied on characters acting suspicious for no reason. Really pissed me off how Mark was acting swarmy during his interrogation, your son just died, stop derailing the investigation and stop acting smug about it.

S2 has the problems of I just don't care about any of the new characters or plots. I really don't care about Lee or Claire or their connection to David Tennant. Or the bluebells, or the personal problems of the lawyers. Also feel like they have no need for Olivia Colman.

The only scenes I care about are the trial.

It's not even winning games all the time. It's the fact our club has written off the past two seasons half way through 'to plan for the future'

That's over £1000 of investment for the average season ticket holder which is unacceptable really.

We should push on when were safe, not give up.

Not sure these past two seasons, one of which hasn't happened yet, is any worse than the vast majority of previous seasons?

I get the impression that managers that are too 'honourable' to come now - could be could be willing to come in the summer.

Potentially the Barcelona job could be available, so no way De Boer will commit before that. Have no idea if Tuchel is hoping the Dortmund or Bayern job is available.

But then again in the summer there probably wont be that many better jobs available.

No we weren't.

And the 1% is a post-Abramovich thing anyway. Since that much money came into football, the talent has become conecentrated. Bony and Remy were arguably the two stand out strikers outside of big clubs. Now they'll both (probably) be used as third choice strikers. The idea of a Le Tissier style player in this age, seems ridiculous.

It's so boring supporting Newcastle now, it's hard to get excited about anything as anything worth getting excited for will either be sold pretty quickly or cost too much to do in the first place.

You've just described 99% of football clubs right there.
