Most people don't really care about them tbh.

I reckon Southampton will have a few in before the start of the season. Van Dijk, Forster and Boudabouz all linked.

Apparently Lacazette wants to move to Newcastle.

If Spurs get Rodriguez, potentially only leaves QPR and Newcastle as options for Loic Remy. - Not what he hoped for.

I'm basing this of this utterly hilarious article.http://www.nytimes.com/2014/04/17/fashion/soccer-particularly-englands-premier-league-growing-in-popularity-in-new-york-creative-circles.html

Among younger American writers who came of age on Nick Hornby’s soccer books like “Fever Pitch,” rooting for Arsenal, Mr. Hornby’s club of choice, is almost de rigueur, said Rosie Schaap, an American-born memoirist who considers herself a die-hard Tottenham Hotspur fan. (She also writes the monthly Drink column for The New York Times Magazine).

“Any time I’m at a book party or reading, and soccer comes up in conversation, I find myself surrounded by young men in shabby-genteel, loosely fitting tweed jackets gushing over the Gunners,” Ms. Schaap said. “In such settings, being an Arsenal supporter is even more predictable than having an M.F.A. or a pair of horn-rimmed glasses.

I honestly can't believe it's a real article. Would recommend everyone has a read.

I don't even understand why that is. Arsenal haven't been to America since like the 80's I believe? (Apart from the NYRB game of course). Very strange. Maybe it's because it's the first team that comes up on FIFA.

Fever Pitch? Apparently middle class American football hipsters identify with the book.

Still a big risk chucking in Targett though. Most young players will begin to struggle after a bit as well. Such as Stirling and Januzaj after their initial impact. Need two more fullbacks for competition as well. (Assuming Chambers moves)

Artur Boruc
Kelvin Davis
Paolo Gazzaniga

Jose Fonte
Maya Yoshida
Jos Hooiveld

Nathaniel Clyne

Morgan Schneiderlin
Victor Wanyama
Steven Davis
James Ward-Prowse
Jack Cork
Harrison Reed

Gaston Ramirez
Dusan Tadic

Jay Rodriguez
Graziano Pelle
Sam Gallacher
Pablo Osvaldo
Emmanuel Mayuka
Billy Sharp

-----------------Boruc-----------------
Clune-Hooiveld-Fonte-Yoshida
-----Wanyama-Cork-Davis-------
------WardProwse-Tadic----------
-----------------Pelle------------------

Definitely could do with some full backs, a new CB and another attacking midfielder. Would be worried about Pelle's goal scoring record outside of Italy as well.

Still think they'll easily do better than 5 or 6 sides.

Harry Maguire and Andrew Robertson to Hull. Seem like good signings.

Patrick van Aanholt to Sunderland. A good signing, means Sunderland will actually have a left back at the club which is a positive.

Berahino looked promising around Christmas time last year but tailed off a bit afterwards. Maybe this will be his proper breakthrough season. Huge question marks over the manager though, Alan Irvine, a very strange appointment. I think they could struggle.

Yeah I like Berahino, but I don't think he's ready yet, to be starting every game. I like Anichebe but he won't score many, and gut feeling that Ideye will flop. I think WBA will bottle it and sack Irvine at the fist sign of trouble tbh.

Apparently Montella wants to keep Marcos Alonso at Fiorentina. If Sunderland are unable to sign Alonso and Borini it would be a big dent in Sunderland's plans for next year. Still haven't signed Santiago Vergini either.

West Brom's squad is finally coming together.

-------------------Foster
Wisdom-Lescott-Olsson-Pocognoli
Morrison-Yacob-Mulumbu-Brunt
-----------Sessegnon-Ideye-------------

Myhill, Dawson, McAuley, Baird, Gardner, Dorrans, Anichebe, Berahino.

Still need another few signings. Have large doubts of Gardner and Ideye and especially their ability to score goals. Can't see any of their strikers scoring more than a few goals.

It definitely is scripted though.

Every now and again players inexplicably can't make 5 yard passes. And mis-control the ball far too often.

George Thorne to Derby, Looked a very good player in the playoff final. Would be really annoyed if I was a West Brom fan.

From what I've seen I think Ulloa is a very good player mind. Apparent lack of pace.

I can't understand why no one is buying Fraizer Campbell. Think he adds something to the vast majority of clubs.

Didn't actually know people hated Mourinho this much/took him this seriously.

I don't tbh, no more than any other manager anyway.

Just some Chelsea fans actually seem to believe everything he does is part of some sort of masterplan.

It's more how a lot of fans were in meltdown a fortnight ago are now wondering which £15m striker the club will buy - after the club has already spent £20m this week.

I actually don't think Benteke sounds too silly. Lerner will probably be willing to sell, or at least consider a sale. I know he's injured but I don't think that is a major issue any more in medicals. Probably wouldn't be that much more expensive than Remy or Ba in total costs either.

EDIT - Riviere confirmed.

Horrible that. Worst home kit I can remember. It's only a kit though.

A few signings made, and suddenly fans are debating if they'd rather have Benteke, Aubameyang or Lacazette.

Reminding me of Norwich last year. Definitely going to be relegated.
