I've had a whopper weekend!

Slapped €10 on Lincoln yesterday and won a neat €90 profit. Then slapped that €10 on Millwall with a few minutes to go picked up €120 profit.

Slapped €10 then on Villarreal with a few minutes to go this morning at 13/1 and picked up another €120 profit.

Bet on Wigan against the Sharks on three separate occasions to score the next try and collected €180 profit from doing that.

Up €510 this weekend which has come at the perfect timing

A nice 3-0 win in the end and that should be more than enough to see us through to the next round.

Be interesting to see if Spurs can turn things around in the second leg.

It'd have only got rescinded as we're the Biggest Team in the Championship™ so it'd be silly to send him off.

I really wish we'd buy Knockaert as well as Townsend and McCarthy - purely for the meltdown on Twitter about parachute payments that nobody understands and how its unfair that we're allowed to spend money that we make fairly.

Knockaert would be a quality signing for Newcastle.

Aye, what did happen to that young Norwegian kid who went to Real Madrid?

He's on loan in Holland with Heerenveen.

I had €95 on Sevilla, Juventus, Southampton, Monaco, Bayer Leverkusen, Arsenal, Chelsea, Barcelona and Roma yesterday.

All won, so I should be withdrawing a cool €2,000, but I used the edit bet feature to take Sevilla out when it was 2-2 with like 10 minutes to go.

Absolutely gutted/raging/devastated!!!

Threw €330 on Brighton and Lincoln last night. As soon as both went 1-0 up I cashed out for €616, with the max return being €1,129. In the end Brighton scored an own goal, had a man sent off and then eventually won the game. Not sure if I should be happy with the extra money or raging I didn't wait it out!!

Have slapped €90 on Liverpool, Bournemouth, Newcastle United, Real Madrid and Villarreal to return €558

Slapped €25 on Senegal, Atletico, Barca and Roma to return €105 last night \o/

Rolled that over on Tsonga, Wawrinka, Kerber and Venus Williams this morning whilst sleeping and have turned €25 into €338 #happydays

Said it a few weeks back but does anyone else feel like Kane doesn't get the credit he deserves as a striker, his goalscoring record is class. Imagine how many he'd have if he could score in August though

He reminds me an awful lot of Van Nistelrooy tbh. Terrific goalscorer/finisher, but maybe doesn't do it unless others are performing well, so perhaps his goals come in bulk when Spurs are playing well, it's either a glut or a drought of goals with him I feel.

He's not good enough for Bayern or Madrid

I'd disagree personally.

If Modric, Casemiro, Vidal or Alonso get games for those clubs then Payet is good enough.

Surely he won't go to China. Arsenal seems the perfect destination for him tbh.

Technical team, Wenger is reportedly a fan and there's a load of French people already at the club.

I could even see Bayern or Madrid sniffing about for him tbh. Would actually love United to try sign him, quality player!

Guardiola comes off as such a wanker in his post match interview.

It was very strange wasn't it?

I do wonder if he's the bottle for the Premier League tbh. It won't be like Spain or Germany when it's a two horse race!

Had a draw earlier today between Middlesbrough and Leicester City.

Then had Liverpool, Manchester City and West Brom earlier, thankfully cashed that out at €190 and rolled it over onto United.

Hello €274 \o/

Thankfully the decisions went our way and Mourinho got the substitutions right, Rashford making an instant impact.

Cheers dude! It definitely is mental, hate being off my feet yet I know it needs so much longer to heal than normal injuries. My leg is currently elevated and iced as we speak!

Ah alright mate I'll bare that in mind, I appreciate it!

One thing I have noticed is at the moment I struggle to fully strengthen the leg, I'm just guessing this is due to swelling and the fact they grafted from my hamstring its going to be tight, when would you say you recovered over 75% bend in your knee? Mine is currently at about 40-50%

If you do go the gym earlier try go when it's not busy, less people = less chance of one of them causing you trouble. I think I got about 75% back about the 2 month mark, but everyone is different. I'd strained all the ligaments and torn my acl and torn up some of my meniscus. So my knee was all kinds of messed up! Elevate your leg as much as you can and ice, get the swelling down and you're half way there pal. It's a struggle man, more mental than physical, it will heal, just takes time and a bit of patience.

1) I've not felt that tired not even the day after my op a week ago Saturday but then again I have been off work just sitting around at home so arguably not been busy.
2) I'm not overeating, being a gym guy I am still on top dietry needs etc.
3) Doing my physio as much as I possibly can.
4) I can walk now, but with a limp, I'm meant to be losing the splint and crutches Friday so won't go to the gym until at least the following Tuesday.
5) Haven't had any ice on the swelling, but will begin with that now.

If I was you man I'd really avoid the gym until you can walk without a limp, which is usually around the 6 week mark. People will walk in your way and cut you off without noticing you're crippled and the last thing you want to do is tear the graft. I think it was the first 3 months were the red zone irrc, basically where your graft is getting a blood supply and is at its weakest.

Cheers dude, I hate wearing that bloody splint and cutches, around the house I can cope without them but obvisouly at a slow pace but I know I'm not over doing it, it feels fine. Stitches are coming our Friday so its getting there and the basic physio stretches I have are being done, just trying to force my knee to bend further each time, I'm about halfway to a full bend I think.

Proper physio starts early January though i believe. I personally want to be back in the gym either next week or week after, obviously not training legs!

My advice to yourself from my own personal experience is this.

1) Sleep, sleep, sleep and sleep, as much as you can! Your body has had a pretty big operation, even if the small incision say otherwise, it's healing and repairing, sleep is going to help that a lot.
2) Don't eat everything in sight, not gaining weight is going to help big time.
3) Do your physio exercises
4) Don't go back to the gym until you can walk normally unaided, trust me people will get in your way at the gym no matter how safe you are.
5) Try keep the swelling down! That's the silent killer which makes your exercises harder to do and causes a lot of discomfort.

Fucking hell! Haha, just had mine done last friday, any tips on recovery?

Also I'd advise you to watch what you eat...

Worst thing is getting the knee right and then having 2-3 stone to lose because you've eaten like an animal during rehab!!
