Imagine Stoke City's set-piece defending combined with the worst of the South American dark arts of feigning injury, diving, crowding the referee and sneaky kicks out at opponents. When they wanted to get the ball down, they could play. But people don't remember that. They just remember the unworthy deception, dishonesty, and hypocrisy. They're cheats. That's the simple truth about it. Cheats. And if they can't play fair, they simply shouldn't be playing. Every last one of them wants banning.

WE LOST - THE OTHER TEAM CHEATED. Only explanation.

Basically yes.

Few teen pregnancies. Brighton is the kind of town where people understand the importance of condoms. Let's just leave it at that.

So is there an ETA on the world ending? I'd really like it to be in the evening if possible. Morning would suck. Don't want to be waking up to the apocalypse.

I still don't really understand why they made Israel in the first place. Or rather why they made it as big as they did.

It really is.
Well, maybe that's not entirely fair. Southampton is average. In every way. It's very clean, the women generally aren't stopping traffic, the nightlife is the same as it is anywhere... it's not shit at all but it's not great. That's why it's such a poor place to visit because nothing happens there. Even if you go somewhere shit... like I've got a friend up in Fratton and I'd say Fratton is a genuinely shit place. But I like going there because every time I do go there, I come back with a bunch of stories. Southampton is safe and that's what makes it boring.

Overall, I've been to Brighton now and that's fine. It's better than Southampton and it seems fairly normal.

Why are you comparing the places I'm from?

If I had a pound for every penalty we should have had today I'd be able to go on a decent night out. We should have had a penalty on every single set-piece. Brighton defended like Stoke, with players wrestling our strikers to the floor. Then there were the other incidents - Clarke trying to turn away only to be wrestled to the ground. Lee flattened by a cynical block when trying to get on the end of a cross. Hammill brought down (debatable) in an identical situation to that which saw Joel Lynch booked just seconds earlier. Church almost cut in two by a desperate lunge in the last seconds. Poor defending cost us two goals, but the referee was the best defender of their lead.

And if I had to watch Brighton every week I'd kill myself. Absolute cancer of a team.

If anyone's interested, Brighton dominated the first half and Huddersfield basically tried desperately to get back into it in the second. To be fair, it was a good effort, but Brighton still just about edged it. Also, Huddersfield gave up more fouls and had 3 players booked. But that's obviously because the ref wanted us to win so there's that.

You'll be fine. It's not something you develop, it's something you've had your whole life just noone has told you. It shouldn't affect your life in anyway and if it does it's because you're letting it.
Not saying that to be a dick, it's just one of those things.

It is, but there's always been trouble in the Middle East. Not really sure how today's environment compares.

Well it seems Hamas sent a rocket to blow up the Israeli parliament today. So I'm guessing not great.

In all honesty I'm just trying to bait Mr Willy into insulting me or Jaygull into writing some political essay again.

You should've asked me to say something then. Or say Ayn Rand had some good points.

Anyone know where i can buy a cheap ipod touch?

Unless you get a second hand one, nowhere. Because Apple.
For an 8GB one, the cheapest you'll get it is probably £130. Had a quick look and that's about what Argos and Amazon have them going for so yeah.
I used to have one by the way, not sure how worth it it is. You don't get an internet connection unless you're connected to WiFi which defeats the point of a lot of iPhone apps. It is the best mp3 player on the market mind, but yeah. I get just as much use from my Nano I have now than my Touch when I had it.

Personally, I really hope Obama wins a second-term, simply to shut the Fox News/Tea Party bigots up.

wut?
Regardless, I think it's pretty silly for you to say you shouldn't vote for Romney over Obama because of his fortune or how he got rich or whatever. That kind of attitude is the second worst thing about American politics. it's why they voted for Bush. He was like the kind of guy you could have a beer with or whatever. It's dumb. It doesn't matter how someone got to the position they're in, it's what they're going to do when they're there.

On that note, I'd say the Democrats are still the winners. Though honestly it's hard to say how much by. They say a lot of encouraging things but seem unwilling to fight for them. The Republicans seem to just be saying the Democrats are bad and we'll do the opposite of what they do. Which they wouldn't they just want to win Ohio and Pennsylvania. That's the biggest problem with the Republicans, I don't think what they say balances up with that they do so I don't understand how someone could vote for them. The biggest problem with the Democrats is that they know what they want to do, but they won't do it for risk of alienating certain people. But Obama isn't going to have another term. If he gets in again, he should just fucking go for it.

He won't though. So I don't care who wins.
