Eh. Honestly, there hasn't been much innovation in the last 10 years. Everythings just got smaller and more powerful due to components getting smaller. Smaller components = more you can stuff into your phone and makes it possible for tablets to exist.
I know what you're trying to say though, but tablets are designed to be portable. A 19 - 21 inch one won't happen because it would be unweildy. It would be like trying to lug around an LCD monitor with you all day. Furthermore, the interface is fiddly, right? People would need a keyboard plugged in. But then you wouldn't be able to hold the tablet upright, so you'd need a stand. To sum up, you'd have a massive tablet in a stand on your desk with a keyboard attached and probably a mouse because using a touch screen and a keyboard is stupid.
So you'd have a shit desktop, basically.

I think you're missing the point. New York got hit by a fucking massive storm. Only 4 people died Two people drowned in their own home so would've been unable to call 911. One got killed by a tree which happens in this country sometimes when it's a bit breezy. The other got electrocuted in water so he was beyond fucked.
Not a bad effort considering it's a town of 8 million residents plus stranded tourists, family members and what have you.

Does location actually have an effect on transfer possibilities? So I suppose a club in London could have a better chance of signing someone than someone in say, the highlands of Scotland?

There's an attractiveness stat for each town. Presumably that gets factored in somehow, though I'm not sure how.

You two should have a sitcom. The two of you would share an apartment and it would be called "Roommates.". It would air on E4. Everyone would tune in for the first episode but then people would quickly lose interest when they realise the jokes aren't funny and the chemistry between the two of you is awkward at best.
